Chicken Salad

Mmm…this one’s my fav!

As salaam alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu! Hope you’re all in the best state of health and Imaan.

Who said healthy isn’t tasty? I try to eat healthy while making it tasty as much as I can and this is one of them. 

Very easy to make and yum to snack on! 

To make Chicken Salad we need,


  • Chinese cabbage 
  • Boneless chicken cubes 
  • Avocado
  • Purple cabbage 
  • Brocolli 
  • Mushroom
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper 
  • Honey 
  • Lemon juice
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garlic 
  • Salt

As I said very easy to make, just follow a few steps. 

 Step 1 

Marinate your chicken 

Marinate your chicken with olive oil, salt, honey, lemon juice, garlic chunks, red chilli powder and keep aside for 10 mins then fry them.

Step 2 

Stir fry veggies 

Slice your mushrooms and brocolli and stir fry them sprinkling some salt and pepper and toss over for 5 to 8 mins. 

Keep aside 

Now Step 3

Stir fry your chicken cubes and slice them into small chunks 

I think I burnt a but bit you be careful while frying it, nevertheless it was yummy
Now Chop the rest of the veggies and keep ready 

Chop avocadoes too, forgot to take a pic. 

Make lemon pepper seasoning 

Add in salt, lemon, honey and black pepper. 

Now mix everything in a bowl 

Season it and serve immediately x 

Enjoy your chicken Salad!  
You could make with your choice of veggies too, anything you like, mix up the goodness and eat up!
