Need to have something quick? an energy boost? so here’s a recipe that’s quick, full of nutritions, healthy and tasty.
• watermelon (few chunks)
• papaya (few chunks)
• melon ( few chunks)
• dates (2 moist dates witout seeds)
• honey (1tsp)
• milk (half a cup)
Blend all of the above ingredients and make a smoothie, serve in a big glass or bowl, add in few remaining chunks, add nuts if you want and enjoy!
